How to maxmise your swing speed.
Step 1: 5 swing with One Speed
Step 2: Hit the ball with your club.(Full swing)
Step 3: Repeat 3 times Step1-2
It maximise your performance.
Be aware of swing transitions and try not to speed up your rhythm or tempo.

Safety Guidelines
1. Keep least 10 feet away from any object.
