Earn points every time you shop and more! Access your account page to check your point balance!
STEP 3. REDEEM!
Redeem points for a discount, eligible for a maximum discount of $50.
WAYS TO EARN POINTS
SAME-DAY AVAILABILITY
- Navigate to the Account Log In page
- Click Create Account
- Fill in the required information in the text boxes provided
- You will receive a welcome email upon completion!
NEXT-DAY AVAILABILITY
- Log into your account
- Navigate to the rewards launcher, located on the left hand corner
- Click "Earning Points"
- Click on "Celebrate a birthday"
- Fill in your birthdate
AVAILABLE AFTER 30 DAYS
- Log into your account
- Make a purchase
- Wait 30 days
- The points for your purchase will be rewarded automatically after 30 days have passed
SAME-DAY AVAILABILITY
- Log into your account
- Make a purchase
- Wait 5 days after order has been fulfilled
- You will receive a review request email
- Fill out the provided form and submit
WAYS TO SPEND POINTS
*Rewards have a validity period of one year.
After logging in, the expiration date will be updated each time you make a "purchase" or "leave a review"
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Rewards Program started on 5/23/2022 and points awarded will have accumulated after that date.
- When collecting points, please make sure that you are logged in to the original member account you created.
- Please be aware of the account you use to purchase your items. We will not be able to transfer points awarded for a purchase from one account to another. In the case you use a different account to make a purchase, the account used at the time of checkout will receive the reward points.
- Rewards have a validity period of ONE YEAR. An email notification will be sent to the registered email when points are close to expiration.
FAQ
When will my points be available?
Points awarded for purchases will be added into your account after 30 days. The points are not available until the refund period is over. Birthday points will be awarded the following day after your birthday.
For example, if your birthday is on January 1st, you will be awarded your points January 2nd at midnight. Points received through other methods will be available to use on the same day.
How can I view my points?
Check the launcher and your current point balance will be displayed.
When will I have access to my birthday points?
The birthday points are awarded the following day after your birthday.
For example, if your birthday is on January 1st, you can expect your points to be available January 2nd at midnight.
Do the points have an expiration date?
Yes, the points (Rewards) have a validity period of one year. For points awarded after 9/15/2023, they will expire one year from the date they were granted. For points awarded before 9/15/2023, they will all expire on 1/15/2025.

Can I change the reward after I redeemed?
You cannot change the reward after you redeem.
Can I transfer my points?
We will not be able to transfer points awarded for a purchase from one account to another.
In the case you use a different account to make a purchase, the account used at the time of checkout will receive the reward points.
How do I leave a review?
You will receive a review request email 5 days after the order has been fulfilled. A review can be submitted using the form in the email and points will be rewarded immediately.
