Refund policy

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged with all tags attached. (Condition you received in its original packaging. )

Brand New・Open Box: New and Open Box products are unused, and inquiries about damages after the use of New or Open Box products are not eligible for full refunds. Before purchasing the product, please confirm the condition in advance from the product pictures. Additionally, please inspect the product's condition before removing the shrink wrap upon arrival and before use. 


Any returned items that do not meet the guidelines will be rejected and shipped back to the customer. Those who request returning the items are not eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the  $10 restocking fee per product.

To qualify for a return:
- Must ship back the product within one week of receiving the return label.
- In the case a package is returned after the one week period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

If items are returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date, it will be rejected and shipped back to the customer. If items do not meet the return policy guidelines and items are shipped back to the customer, the customer will pay for the shipping fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not accept returns on products that have been altered or customized after the product has shipped and been received. (Ex: changing the grip or altering angle of club head)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is authorized, we will send you a separate email with a return shipping label. Please use this label to send your item back to us. Upon inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $10 restocking fee per product.

*You, the consumer, acknowledge that Golf Partner does not hold responsibility for any foreign transaction fees and will not be liable for refund of foreign transaction fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, at times, longer wait times may occur before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. Depending on your bank, you may experience longer processing times before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: 2774 Dawson Ave, Signal Hill, CA 90755, US.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Frequent buyers or orders that are over the total value of $2,500 may experience an order delay through customs, requiring signature in form 5106 at time of delivery. Customers are liable for any shipping fees incurred, including but not limited to, fees/charges incurred due to customer rejection/refusal of shipment, resulting in return of shipment or incomplete shipment due to insufficient documentation.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
