Shipping policy

GOLF Partner USA ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://golfpartnerusa.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 


2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders totaling over $300.00, no exceptions.
  • If the total becomes less than $300.00 after applying a coupon, free shipping will not apply.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $24.99 will be charged for order totals under $300.00 to the contiguous United States, with no exceptions.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $34.99 will be charged for order totals under $300.00 to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, with no exceptions. (Territory of Guam: A flat rate shipping fee of $64.99 - NO FREE SHIPPING)
  • Whether you are charged for shipping or if it is free, shipments will generally travel via Fedex International Connect Plus
  • Should a return or partial return occur after an order has been shipped, resulting in the order's total amount falling below $300, a shipping fee of $24.99 will be subtracted from the refund for the contiguous United States and $34.99 will be subtracted for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

*In cases of shipments from US warehouses, it is possible for items to be shipped by carriers other than FedEx.

*As of July 2023, we only ship to the USA and Canada.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes and APO's.


3.1 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally will take 3 - 7 days to reach its final destination. 

*Some items listed may be shipped from the US via USPS or UPS.

*The origin of the product shipment is stated on the product page.

 

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.


3.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.


3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation


4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.


6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

In accordance with state laws, sales tax collection has started from January 1, 2024.

Taxes have been applied where required by law. Sales tax is not included in the price for other states.
*Please note that other states may also be subject to taxes when mandatory


    6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

    Beginning August 28th (2025), all import duties and fees for products shipped overseas from Japan will be covered by our company (GOLF Partner USA). 

    6.3 Changes to U.S. Customs Regulations (2025)

    Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, the tax-exempt measure (the de minimis rule) that previously applied to products under $800 in purchase value has been abolished.
    As a result of this change, all imported goods are now subject to customs duties regardless of purchase amount. However, any such duties charged for orders from August 28th (2025) onward, will be covered by our company.

    7. Cancellations

    If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


    8. Insurance

    Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


    9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

    We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.


    9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit

    We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.


    9.3 Process for missing package

    GOLF Partner is not liable for packages once they have been delivered/“delivered” status.
    In the case you cannot locate your delivered package, please contact the carrier as soon as possible and file a missing package claim.
