This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from golfpartnerusa.com (the “Site”).

The GOLF Partner USA mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by GOLF Partner USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any fees or charges related to text messaging as determined by your wireless carrier. Message and data rates may apply.

Messages will be sent via text to the mobile number you provided. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. To opt out at any time, text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (844) 904-7271. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. If you are subscribed to multiple GOLF Partner USA mobile message programs, you will need to opt out of each program separately unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that messages sent to a previously active short code or telephone number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring such requests.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid mobile number, to receive messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any messages sent through the Service, errors in such messages, or any actions you take or do not take based on the messages or Service.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA WITH GOOGLE ADVERTISING SERVICES

We may collect and process certain categories of personal information, which may include, but are not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) when using Google advertising services (including Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, hereinafter referred to as “Google Advertising Services”).

We may provide this Personal Data to Google LLC (United States, hereinafter referred to as “Google”) in a hashed format. This Personal Data may be used in conjunction with Google Advertising Services, including Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, for the purpose of measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. Google will not use this information for any purpose other than those stated above.

Prior to transmission, Personal Data is securely hashed using a one-way algorithm. We confirm that Google has implemented appropriate security measures (see Google’s Data Protection Policy) and that we have reviewed relevant information regarding data protection laws in the United States to ensure adequate safeguards are in place.

We will obtain your prior consent before any such third-party data sharing takes place.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH GOOGLE ADVERTISING SERVICES

In this process, Personal Data is handled in a privacy-safe manner. Specifically:

 1. Prior to transmission, Personal Data is transformed using a secure one-way hashing algorithm (e.g., SHA-256).

 2. The hashed data is then shared with Google and matched against hashed user data records held by Google. Hashing is an irreversible process, and Google cannot reconstruct the original personal information from the hashed data. 

 3. Google uses this information solely for the purposes of conversion measurement, reporting, and improving the performance of our advertising campaigns.

At no point is unhashed Personal Data shared with Google for these purposes, and the hashed data cannot be reverse engineered to identify you. 

All use of Personal Data related to Google Advertising Services is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as well as Google’s policies.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
